We are a law firm which serves clients primarily in Wyoming and Texas. Since our clients are in different locations, we are set up to work by the internet, phone and email. We see clients by appointment at our primary office in Tyler, Texas. We work remotely with clients in Houston, Texas, and in Wyoming. We offer experienced counsel and a practical approach to solving your legal problems. We understand the uncertainty that legal issues create and strive to provide accurate and helpful information, sound guidance and effective advocacy aimed at producing meaningful results. Jurisdictional Limitations: Van Graham is licensed in the states of Wyoming and Texas. As a result, our services are for clients residing in those states or for matters applying the laws of those states. For matters in other states, we associate with attorneys licensed in those states.

Van Graham, Attorney at Law
Van Graham has been in law practice for more than 40 years. He earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law. His primary practice at this time is estate planning and probate. He also can help with personal and commercial matters. For business clients he works to protect their business interests.
Van regularly counsels and advises clients on a range of legal needs of the elderly, including advance directives, estate planning and probate.
Van is a man of faith and considers it a service to help churches and non-profit organizations with their legal needs.
