Who We are

     We are a law firm which serves clients in Wyoming and Texas. Since our clients are in different locations, we are set  up to work by the internet, phone and email. Our primary office  is presently located in Tyler, Texas, and we see clients by appointment in Tyler, Texas; Houston, Texas; and Pinedale, Wyoming. We offer experienced  counsel and a practical approach to solving your legal problems. We  understand the uncertainty that legal issues create and strive to  provide accurate and helpful information, sound guidance and effective  advocacy aimed at producing meaningful results. Whether your needs involve litigation, injuries, real estate, estate planning, or legal transactions, we welcome any questions you may have and look  forward to an opportunity to utilize our experience and knowledge to  assist you.         


Jurisdictional Limitations: Van Graham is  licensed in the states of Texas and Wyoming. As a  result, our services are for clients residing in those states or for  matters applying the laws of those states. For matters in other states,  we associate with attorneys licensed in those states.

Van Graham, Attorney at Law

  Van Graham has been in law practice for more than 30 years. He earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law. The primary location of most of this practice has been in Sublette County, Wyoming, where he also served as the Deputy County and Prosecuting Attorney for eight years and was elected for a term as County and Prosecuting Attorney for Sublette County. During his time as Deputy County Attorney, Van also maintained a private law practice with the law firm of Mason & Graham, P.C. For the last several years he has been teaching business law and is presently serving as Dean of the School of Business at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. He still maintains a private law practice and divides his time between university teaching and serving his clients.  The majority of his law practice continues to serve Wyoming clients.  He is licensed to practice law in Wyoming and Texas.
